What we collect

If you use the "Get matched" form, we collect what you type into it: name, email, optional phone, your interest, budget range, timeline, rental plans and any notes. Like most websites, our host may also log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request and, with your consent given on the form, to share your request with local real estate agents, lenders or property managers who may contact you. We do not sell your information to unrelated parties.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests only as long as needed for these purposes. To ask us to delete your information or stop contact, submit the contact form and say so in the notes, and we will act on it. You can also tell any professional who contacts you to stop.
